Main feature

QMB620RL is left and right double vertical axis of six axis four-side moulder, that is: bottom cutter+ right vertical cutter + left vertical cutter + right vertical cutter + left vertical cutter + left vertical cutter + top cutter structure. It adopts fully enclosed safety shield. The maximum processing width is 200mm, the maximum processing thickness is 125mm, and the speed is 8-33m/min (frequency conversion). The feeding system is configured with 12 and 4 groups (2 groups of active workbench), a total of 16 groups of active feeding roller, reducer and universal joint transmission. In particular, the left and right vertical cutter adopts double vertical cutter structure to achieve rough and fine planing and cutting, which effectively meets the needs of high efficiency and high quality of forming processing on both sides. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, stable performance and good processing quality.
