The QMB525D-H is a four-column double-slope blade type automatic feeding woodworking planer. Its maximum processing width is 500mm and the maximum processing thickness is 170mm. The feeding speed ranges from 6 to 30m/min (variable frequency adjustable). The bed is made of high-quality castings and is forged as a whole, featuring strong rigidity and stable accuracy. The feeding mechanism uses a belt-type elastic pressing claw with lifting function. The spacing of the pressing claws can be adjusted according to the thickness and curvature of the wood to allow multiple pieces of wood to pass through at once, completing the combined processing of roughing and finishing. The planing base surface is straight and smooth, without chipping or tailing phenomena.
