The tool sharpening system + external support
Upper spindle and second bottom spindle adopt online tool sharpening technology to meet high quality requirements of high-
speed feeding production.

The feeding system is configured with two sets of floating drive
rollers to achieve stable and powerful feeding.

The side pressure of the left spindle adopts cylinder + large
diameter side wheels, and the front chip breaker is specially treated to ensure the stability of the side pressure during high-
speed feeding.

The spindle is assembled after precision machining, and
undergoes special treatment, the use of precision bearings ensures
processing stability and spindle service life.
