Main feature

QMB520AT is a standard five-axis four-side woodworking moulder. The maximum processing width is 200mm, the maximum processing thickness is 125mm, and the speed is 8-33m /min (frequency conversion). It is equipped with 9 groups of active feed rolls, 7 up and 2 down. The top spindle chip breaker adopts the backward chip breaker structure, which can effectively prevent spindle from hitting phenomenon of the top spindle. The structure of single top spindle and bottom double spindle are adopted to realize four-side forming. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient operation and good processing quality.
