Main feature

QMB623A-K is a six-axis, four-side woodworking moulder, using a fully enclosed safety cover, feeding configuration of 12 up and 5 down a total of 17 groups of active feed roller and universal joint transmission, the speed is up to 6-36m /min (frequency conversion speed regulation). It has the advantages of reasonable structure, stable performance, smooth feeding and good processing quality. In particular, the double tool structure is used to achieve the combination of rough planing and fine planing, and the planing quality is more smooth and perfect. The computer touch screen numerical control operating system is configured to operate and control each spindle, and the top spindle and left vertical spindle are automatically fixed in thickness and width. The operation is convenient and quick, so as to improve work efficiency and realize humanized operation.

The product is mainly used for processing the four sides planing and molding of various wood products with a width within 230mm. For example: solid wood doors and windows, photo frames, solid wood floors, wood lines, corner lines, wall panels and other processing enterprises.
