Main feature

QMB620AT is a standard six-axis four-side woodworking moulder. The maximum processing width is 200mm, the maximum processing thickness is 125mm, and the speed is 8-33m /min (frequency conversion). It is equipped with 12 groups of active feed rollers, 9 up and 3 down. The chip breaker adopts the backward chip breaker structure before the cutting tool, which can effectively prevent the cutting phenomenon of the cutting tool. The structure of upper and lower double tool is adopted to realize the four-side forming process. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient operation and good processing quality.
