The machine utilizes variable-frequency feeding to complete dual-end tenon processing in a single cycle, including pre-cutting, milling, V- grooving (or mortising) and insert-grooving operations.

This machine performs dual-end tenoning operations, enabling simultarneous forming of male or female tenons on both ends of workpieces on machine bed, specifically designed for producing Threespine click in decorative moldings,blockbords,soid woodflooring,and venered panel furniture.

  • The machine is equipped with an imported computer touchscreen and PLC integrated control system for CNC thickness and width setting of the pressure beam and right movable table.
