Feature Introduction

This machine adopts variable-frequency continuous feeding, capable of completing end-trimming and tenoning in one time, delivering exceptionally high production efficiency.

Each spindle features independent tilt, advance/retract, and lift adjustment mechanisms-all controlled by a unified handwheel, with digital and scale displays for precise positioning

The grooving saw and front milling cutter of this machine are equipped with a jump cutter function, effectively preventing machining defects such as tear-out and chipping.

The left/right upper pressing systems feature electric lifting, operable in both synchronized and independent modes, enabling fast and easy adjustment. The pressing system can be optionally equipped with servo motorsfor independent drive, ensuring perfect synchronization between the pressure belts and conveyor chains.

This machine is designed for end-trimming and tenoning of solid wood and panel furniture, as well as processing the end surfaces of solid wood and engineered floor-especially suited for wide boards. When paired with four-side moulder and conveyor system, it enables automated, high-volume continuous production.
