Main feature

QMB523A is a standard five-axis four-side moulder. The max. processing width is 230mm, the max. processing thickness is 160mm, and the speed is 6-36m /min (frequency conversion). It is equipped with 14 groups of active feed roller, 10 up and 4 down. The chip breaker adopts the backward chip breaker structure before the cutting tool, which can effectively prevent the cutting phenomenon of the cutting tool. The structure of single upper tool and lower double tool is adopted to realize four-side forming. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient operation and good processing quality.

Recommended: The product is mainly used for processing width within 230mm of a variety of wood products of high quality processing, such as: solid wood door factory, picture frame, stair handrail factory, wood flooring factory wood lines, wall panels and other industries of four sides planing molding processing.
