This machine model boasts excellent overall performance, and integrates three core advantages: stability, high precision and high efficiency. The gantry adopts a welded structure of high-strength steel, and internal stress is eliminated via high-temperature annealing and vibration aging treatment. The workbench is made of wear-resistant castings, endowing the complete machine with solid rigidity, excellent resistance to deformation during long-term operation and outstanding stability. All structural components of the complete machine undergo five-sided finish machining on the gantry, and after assembly, the overall accuracy is fully verified via a ballbar and a laser interferometer, resulting in extremely small positioning and repeated positioning errors. Equipped with a high-performance spindle and a high-speed transmission system, the machine delivers fast cutting feed rate, and is capable of completing multi-facial machining of complex contours via a single clamping, eliminating the need for repeated clamping and alignment procedures, which significantly improves machining efficiency.
