SFR-R1300V product is a floating primer sanding machine with semi-fine sand + fine sand polishing combination. The maximum processing width is 1300mm, the maximum processing thickness is 100mm, and the feeding speed is 3-20m /min (frequency conversion). The front and rear sand rolls (diameter Φ215mm) are equipped with high-quality soft rubber rolls of different hardness to achieve semi-fine sand and fine sand polishing operations. It has high precision and high efficiency.
Recommend: The product is mainly used for processing the width of the workpiece within 1300mm primer grinding and pre-treatment of materials (sanding before painting) fine sanding of various surfaces, and can also be formed in the NV and UV coating line production line, to achieve safety and environmental protection, high efficiency, high quality and line production.

Machine body

Equipped with 2 large rubber rollers with 215mm diameter to achieve coarse and fine sand cutting, and the sand cutting surface is smooth and straight.
