Feature Introduction

This machine is a high-speed four-sided wood planer. It features a maximum processing width of 180mm and a maximum processing thickness of 80mm. The feeding system is equipped with 8 groups of active feeding rollers, including 6 upper rollers and 2 lower rollers, adopting frequency conversion speed regulation with a feeding speed ranging from 8 to 80m/min. The reasonably configured powered feeding rollers deliver powerful, stable and smooth material feeding performance. The vertical shaft slide plates and strip locking mechanisms on both sides adopt V-shaped cone adjustment and wedge block locking structures. This design prevents locking deformation of the inlaid strips, ensuring flexible movement, reliable locking and stable machining precision of the left and right vertical shaft slide plates.
