SFR-R700V products are semi-finished sand + finished sand polishing combination of upper floating primer sander. The maximum processing width is 700mm, the maximum processing thickness is 160mm, and the feeding speed is 0-24m /min (frequency conversion). The front and back sand rolls (diameter Φ215mm) are equipped with high-quality soft rubber rolls with different hardness to achieve semi-fine sand and fine sand polishing operations. It has high precision and high efficiency.
Recommendation: The product is mainly used for processing the width of the workpiece within 700mm primer grinding and pre-treatment of materials (sanding before painting) fine sanding of various surfaces, and can also be formed in the NV and UV coating line production line, to achieve safety and environmental protection, high efficiency, high quality and line production.

Machine body
